Best experience ever! The hotel staff was top-notch, making us feel welcomed from the get-go. The location was prime, with stunning views of the bay and just the right distance from the noisy streets. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices to pick from. In addition, the hotel had excellent warm and cozy accommodations. We slept like royalty on its top-of-the-line mattresses and sheets.
Dislikes? There were none! Even though we had a minor issue with our room, the staff was quick to provide alternative accommodation, and our stay was trouble-free. The hotel's spotless cleanliness impressed us. Lastly, the hotel's prices were very affordable for new year's time. It was by far the best holiday experience we have ever had. We will return to this hotel for sure.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. the hotel offered a free shuttle to the nearby attractions.
Our room was not properly cleaned and it had a bad odor. The walls were dirty and the bed sheets were stained.

Our room provided a lovely sea view terrace where we enjoyed relaxing after a day of exploring. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was perfect with freshly prepared options.
There was a slight complication with the shower as the water sometimes went cold.

The hotel's location close to a marina and many nice restaurants made our stay very pleasant. We also enjoyed the short walk to the sand beach, and the fact that parking was available. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious.
